Email hosting, done simply.
CubbyPost is email hosting for people who are tired of being the product. We don't read your mail, we don't show you ads, and we don't sell your data. We just deliver your email, reliably.

Three steps. Takes about five minutes if you're connecting your own domain, thirty seconds if you aren't.
Choose yourname@cubbypost.com, or connect your own domain. We have guides for Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, and Porkbun.
Standard IMAP and SMTP. Works with Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook, your phone - anything that speaks email. We'll send you the server details.
No onboarding wizard, no feature tour, no upsell popup. Your inbox is ready.
Everything you need, nothing you don't. We built CubbyPost for ourselves first, so every feature exists because we actually use it.
Plenty for most people. We're not in the business of hoarding your data.
Point your MX records at us and use your own domain. Instructions included.
Standard protocols. Use whatever client you want. We won't lock you in.
Receive mail sent to any address at your domain. Great for signups and filtering.
Server-side filtering keeps junk out. Based on rspamd, no cloud AI scanning your mail.
All connections encrypted in transit. Opportunistic TLS for outbound delivery.
No tiers. No feature gates. No annual discount tricks. One plan, and it's free.
We may add an optional paid tier later for power users who need 50GB+ storage or multiple domains. The free plan will always stay free and fully featured.
Right now, we don't. CubbyPost is a personal project. Server costs are low and manageable. If that changes, we'll add an optional paid tier - not ads.
Yes. Add two MX records to your DNS and you're set. We have setup guides for most registrars.
We're building a lightweight webmail client. For now, IMAP and SMTP work with any email app on any device.
London, UK. All data stored in the UK/EU and subject to UK GDPR.
Yes. Export via Google Takeout and import through IMAP. Most email clients handle this natively.
You get 90 days notice and a full export. Your email is yours. We'd never hold it hostage.
